High Intensity Training is our constantly-varied, functional fitness, results-based high-intensity strength and conditioning program that mixes barbell, bodyweight, kettle-bells , dumbbells, gymnastics and plyometric movements together to challenge the body’s energy systems, and develop cardiovascular and muscular endurance. HIT-FIT is the perfect class for all people — competitive and “everyday fitness lovers” — especially those who like a hard-hitting, intense and skills-based strength and conditioning training session. This class is scaled to each person’s skill and experience level.
This class focuses on teaching technically sound movement in the big four lifts – squat, deadlift, press and bench press. Powerlifting meets fitness! Developing and improving strength, power and conditioning to move more weight and gain lean body mass. The PowerFit program also offers Olympic lifting programming/coaching.
Lean – Fit workouts are for individuals who want to be lean, functionally strong and healthy for life. Each hour class is made of simple movements that deliver the most potent results for changing body composition. Lean – Fit is a high intense and fun mix of bodyweight, kettle-bell, dumbbell, and plyometric movements, plus indoor rowing and a variety of other elements and each class will end with a full body stretch that will leave you felling great. Lean – Fit is modified to each person’s skill and experience level. Come prepared to work and have fun.
An opportunity for you to catch up on a missed workout, practice skills, work mobility, or grab a friend and make up your own workout. This is a non-coached class hour.
We offer unlimited membership, discounts for students, police, military, and first responders (with ID), and 10 pass punch cards to meet your fitness goals and lifestyle.
$125 per month, no contract. Access to unlimited visits per month as well as access to any program/class.
$300 for a 3 month contract. This is a 20% discount from regular monthly fee.
$1100 for a year contract. This is a 27% discount from regular monthly fee.
$125 for 10 punch class pass. Access 10 visits per card to any program/class.
LEAN – FIT
$75 per month. Access to Lean – Fit classes only.
$180 for a 3 month contract. This is a 20% discount from regular monthly fee.
$650 for a year contract. This is a 27% discount from regular monthly fee.
