:30 sec mountain climbers
THEN

10 situps
10 lunges
10 inchworm with pushup

CORE WORK
(EMOM x 15)
MIN 1: max rep sit-ups
MIN 2: max rep superman raises
MIN 3: REST

WOD
(AFAP)
50 jumping lunges
50 push ups
50 step ups,use a chair or step
100 v-ups
100 air squats
100 double unders or 150 singles*
50 HSPU*
*use a chair or coach for modified HSPU
*if you dont have a jump rope do line jumps
