*WITH REMAINING TIME AMRAP SANDBAG TO PLATFORM FOR REPS

*THE ORDER FOR THIS EVENT WILL BE DECIDED BY WHO HAS A HIGHER TOTAL FROM EVENT 1. THE STRONGER YOU ARE, THE LONGER YOU GET TO WAIT AND SEE PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP GO FIRST. SO THE PICTURE BELOW SHOWS YOUR LANE BUT YOU COULD BE IN A DIFFERENT ORDER IN YOUR AGE GROUP. GROUPS WILL STAY IN ORDER. FOR EXAMPLE GROUP 1 ON LANE 2 IS FIRST BUT YOUR TOTAL FROM EVENT 1 DECIDES THE ORDER IN YOUR GROUP.

YOU WILL HAVE 3 DIFFERENT CARRYS AT DIFFERENT WEIGHTS. THE SANDBAGS AND STONE MUST BE CARRIED IN THE FRONT OF THE BODY, BEAR HUG STYLE. THE HEAVIER SAND BAD WILL BE THE ONE USED FOR THE GROUND TO PLATFORM. FOR SANDBAG TO PLATFORM REPS, THE SANDBAG MUST COME FROM THE FLOOR EACH TIME AND GO TO THE TOP OF THE PLATFORM. YOU MUST TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF THE SANDBAG AND THE JUDGE WILL PUSH IT BACK TO THE FLOOR BEFORE YOU CAN START THE NEXT REP.
